Deda Elementi, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, has initiated a voluntary recall and replacement program for its Forza carbon stems sold from January 2008 to June 2008. The stem can crack during normal use, posing a fall hazard. Deda has received 4 reports of incidents with broken Forza stems, none of which resulted in injury.
If you own a recalled Forza stem, immediately stop using it and return it to the place of purchase (us), or contact Deda to arrange for shipping and free replacement.
